258 garden or sea facing rooms and suites all offer a private terrace or balcony, a king or two queen size beds, air-conditioning, mini bar, flat screen TV, WiFi and tea/coffee making facilities. Manor House Rooms are situated in the central Manor House, with garden or ocean views, and each include a bath with shower. Villa Rooms can be ocean view or beach access and the ground floor rooms feature a separate bath and rain shower. All Manor House and Villa room types can accommodate a family of four, and up to two children under 12 yrs share free with their parents. For more space, Family Units include two guaranteed interconnecting rooms and can take two adults and up to four children under 17 yrs. The two spacious Sugar Beach Suites, fronting on to the beach, are perfect for couples wanting more space, each offering a four poster bed, separate living room with second TV and a large terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs.
